Powdered Green Tea(Matcha*), which is rich in taste and nutrition, has
been used as the best natural green food coloring since early times. However,
since the content by percentage of chlorophyll* in the whole leaf is only
0.6%, various kinds of artificial colorants have been used in many processed
foods.
