Smoked edamame





Edamame (green soybeans) is young soybeans in the pod. It is harvested when the plant is still young and green. Edamame is a popular in Japan, China, Korea, and Hawaii. Usually edamame is boiled in water together with salt. You eat just the edamame beans inside, not eat the pod. Edamame contains rich in vitamin B1, vitamin C and mineral etc. Furthermore, it contains low in fat and no cholesterol. In short, edamame is a one of the healthy food with high levels of nutrients.
